An intense, fresh yet delicately scented organic oil, known especially for its antiseptic and immunity boosting properties. It is suitable for acne, colds and flus, strained muscles and chronic fatigue. It can be used from the 9th week of the baby's age (in low dosage).

Inhalation: Add 2 to 8 drops of 100% essential oil to an aroma lamp or diffuser, depending on its intensity and the size of the room, or apply a few drops to a tissue and inhale the scent directly.

Massage: You can make your own body and massage oil by mixing 7 to 45 drops of 100% essential oils with 50 ml of vegetable oil.

Bath: Mix 3 to 10 drops in a carrier base, e.g. 1 dcl of milk, a teaspoon of honey or vegetable oil and add to the bath.
