    70% plantation chocolate from the Brazilian plantation "Riachuelo" in the heart of the rainforest. In the chocolate, the taste notes of roasted cocoa, dried fruit and red fruit are harmoniously combined, through which the sour notes flash. In the end, everything gradually subsides into a spiced and chocolate-caramel aftertaste. The plantation is located in the Bahia region, in the Ilhéus region, close to the Atlantic coast.
