HOW TO USE CORRECTLY
Inhalation - add 2 to 8 drops of 100% essential oil to an aroma lamp or diffuser, depending on its intensity and the size of the room, or apply a few drops to a tissue and inhale the scent directly.
Massage - you can make your own body and massage oil by mixing 7 to 45 drops of 100% essential oils with 50 ml of vegetable oil.
Bath - mix 3 to 10 drops in a carrier base, e.g. 1 dcl of milk, a teaspoon of honey or vegetable oil and add to the bath.
