The Iduna is a vibrating egg with a kegel ball, made of body safe silicone and ABS, with a wireless remote control. The powerful motor offers 3 levels of steady vibration and 7 different rhythms. This provides an intense pleasure and at the same time it is an ideal training for your pelvic floor muscles. Insert the egg by pushing it gently in the vagina. Don’t press it to the back of the vagina. Keep at least 2 cm of the draw string out.

Perform the exercise: contract the pelvic floor muscles and squeeze the egg. Strengthen and tighten your vagina muscles. Improve and maintain bowel and bladder functions. Remove the egg by relaxing your muscles and pulling gently at the string. Start the exercises with the lightest ball screwed onto the egg.
